I created this portrait of my Shetland Sheepdog, Pepper, in Adobe Illustrator. I found her fluffy fur to be quite challenging to replicate in the form of a vector illustration. The solution turned out to be the pencil tool! I enjoyed experimenting with texture, gradients and patterns for this illustration. By exploring new tools and techniques, I was able to create a portrait that perfectly captured her essence.
