Turning ideas

As a graphic designer and advertising student, I am driven by curiosity and a desire to continuously grow. I am currently in my third year of the Bachelor of Graphic Design and Advertising program at the Alberta University of the Arts. In every project I take on, I am most excited by the moment when ideas begin to take visual form. I enjoy setting the tone and direction for a project, where insight, mood, colour, typography, and concept come together to shape creative direction and open up new possibilities.
In my approach, I am always searching for the idea that feels both intentional and meaningful. My work balances visual appeal with purpose, grounding design decisions in real human insight and considering how people will experience, use, and interact with what I create. Across branding and editorial projects, I focus on building cohesive visual systems where every element works together, creating outcomes that feel immersive, thoughtful, and consistent across contexts.
Outside of my education, I stay actively involved in the design community through volunteering, events, and ongoing learning from peers and mentors. This curiosity extends into my personal practice as well, where scrapbooking reflects my interest in collecting, arranging, and shaping memories and experiences through visuals and found materials.
I am currently open to freelance opportunities. If you would like to work together, please reach out through the contact form.
